  • Certified has Innovation Ambassador(IA) training “Foundation Level” (16 Sessions of 30 contact hours) conducted in online mode by MoE’s Innovation Cell & AICTE during the IIc Calendar year 2024-25 on February 2025.
  • National Level Winners at the Smart India Hackathon (SIH) 2025, conducted across India on December 8–9, 2025, the team was awarded a cash prize of ₹1.5 lakhs. The team emerged victorious for the Ministry of Education (MoE) problem statement “Retrieval of data from large databases of regulations, policies, projects, rules, and schemes of the Higher Education Department” (Software Category, PSID: SIH25254), selected from 182 submissions out of 500 under the Smart Education theme. Representing the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Team “Git Happens_25” comprised III Year CSE (Section C) students, led by Sarath Chandran M, with team members Sanjai M, Shaam Sunder, Saranya E, Shanmathi Prasanna B, and Shreenidhi R, under the mentorship of Dr. S.
