TITANS OF INNOVATION
COCONUT HARVESTING ROBOT

ABSTRACT:
Automation increases efficiency and decreases costs, as well as freeing up human resources for other tasks .The objective of this project is to design a wireless robot for harvesting the coconut from the tree. The pneumatic actuators are used for the climbing system and an electrical drive is used for the robotic arm which has a cutter attachment. This project has the scope for completely reducing the danger of human in climbing such tall trees and getting involved in harvesting. It uses a wireless controller which controls the robot from the ground level, therefore preventing human climbing and endangerment to their lives.
