M. S. (By Research) TITLE

Project Topic: “Forward osmosis membrane process for the concentration of betacyanin from Opuntia ficus-indica” at Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering, Sriperumbudur.
Description: My Research work aims to study the performance of forward osmosis on the concentration betacyanin a natural colorant from Opuntia ficus-indica.

ACADEMIC PROJECTS

1. Project Topic: “Development of transdermal patch system with ?-sitosterol loaded transfersomes for anti-diabetic effect” at BioLim Center for Life Science.

Description: My Research work aims to develop a transdermal drug delivery system has potentially extensive applications in medicine as a result of its high efficiency, patient compliance, convenient administration, and limited toxicity.

2. Project Topic: “Evaluating the SLN loaded with amoxicillin for sustained drug release and enhanced bio- availability” at BioLim Center for Life Science.

Description: My Research work aims to synthesize and characterize the potential of biodegradable solid lipid nanoparticles (SLN) loaded with amoxicillin sodium by solvent injection method and to improve the efficacy and bioavailability of drug and avert from enzymatic degradation.

3. Project Topic: “Molecular modeling study of 4-phenyl-1h-imidazole and its derivatives as potential inhibitor of indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase (IDO)” at BioDiscovery Solutions for Future.

Description: Many human tumors express indoleamine 2, 3- dioxygenase (IDO), an enzyme which mediates an immune-escape in several cancer types. An approach for creating new IDO inhibitors by computer-aided structure-based drug design was created.
