AIM

The aim of Physical Education is the wholesome development of personality of an individual which means making every student physically fit , mentally alert,emotionally balanced,socially well adjusted,morally true and spiritually uplifted.

OBJECTIVES

To enhance the physical ,mental and social health of the students.
To inculcate the right social feeling of concern and attitude.
To ensure better coordination between nerves and muscles through physical exercise and health activities.
To develop leadership qualities in students.

To provide entertainment and relaxation.

To improve knowledge and skill required to play games and sports
