Interdisciplinary Nano Research Centre-Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering

"Interdisciplinary centre for nanotechnology" is established at Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering, which enables metal coating, 3D printing, and consulting solution to nanodevice fabrication in a variety of fields applicable to Microelectronics, Nanotechnology, biotechnology, optoelectronics, nanofluids, nanocoatings, etc. The centre currently houses DC/RF Magnetron Sputtering unit for conductive (metals) & semiconducting (dielectrics) coating on any substrates such as Glass and plastics.

Available Targets : ZnO, Copper and MoS₂

Substrate : Glass, Silicon, Plastic Substrates, Fibres
