Extra-Curricular Activities (2025-2026)

• Ms. K. Kamalam, K. Monish, III/ CSE, Sidharth, II/CSE, had attended Basic Leadership Camp ( state - level ) at CIT Coimbatore. BLC camp - 25th July to 5th August ALC camp - 27th August to 7th September.
• From the basic camp Ms. K. Kamalam, III/ CSE, got selected for the Advance Leadership Camp ( national - level ) at Alapuzha Kerala and got bronze medal in overall Group discussion competition.
• Mr. AJIB SHAREEF I S of II AD/CSE has secured 2nd Place with a cash prize of ₹1500/- in the CIRCUIT CLASH event at Invente '25, a national level technical fest held by the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, SSN College of Engineering and Shiv Nadar University, Chennai.
• Mr. Harish K of II year AD student has secured 2nd Place in the Swap and Freeze event organized by ACM Student Chapter, on 26-09-2025.

• P.Selvamani,Akilesh R,Ajay Narayanan K and Dhev S has been successfully published a paper titled "Smart Energy Management System Using ESP32 for Adaptive Fan Control and Voltage Anomaly Detection " in the IJCRT Journal (UGC Certified) during September 2025. • Students of CS-III Year- A Section, underwent a one day Industrial Visit to NTT Global Data Centers and Cloud Infrastructure India Pvt. Ltd., Ambattur, Chennai on 17-09-2025.
• SIH Internal Hackathon (Sept 22-23, 2025) concluded with 30 teams securing success in the Software Category (27 Winners + 3 Waiting List). The CSE department led with 11 teams (9 Winners + 2 Waiting List), and followed by the AD department contributing 7 teams (6 Winners + 1 Waiting List).
• Mime performance done by the students at NCC from various states (kerala, karnataka and Tamilnadu states together) for the topic of Drug abuse and awareness
• Mr. Sam Joshua, II/CS, proudly represented our college at the Tamil Nadu Golf Federation Tournament held in Delhi. Competing in the Open Category, he showcased exceptional skill and secured 1st place.

• K. Sudharsan Sai has participated in Athletics -200mts and 400mts on 01/09/2024 at The CM's Trophy.
• Pavanya K has participated in Athletics -200mts on 19/11/2024 to 20/11/2024 at Anna University-Zonal Tournaments 2024-2025.

• Ms. Poojitha E S, II CSE B is selected in Zonal Archery tournament and inter zonal archery tournament and represented Anna University in the ALL INDIA UNIVERSITY ARCHERY CHAMPIONSHIP held in Punjab University from 28.12.23 to 31.12.23.
• Ms. Poojitha E S, II CSE B, bronze medal in state championship 2023 held at Sri Sairam College of Engineering on MAY 2024.
• Mr. Dhayanidhi R S 3rd year/ CSE, Mr. Abineshwar G 3rd year/CSE, Mr. Srinivasan 3rd year/EEE, Mr. Monish 4th year/MECH and Mr. Aravindhan 2nd year/CSE won the First place in the Anna University Chess Team Tournament Zone - 2 held at Rajalakshmi Institute of Technology from 21.08.2023 to 22.08.2023.
• Mr. Sandeepkrishna .P.A 3rd year/CSE, Mr. Sathyajith.G 3rd year /ECE won the first place in anna university badminton Zonals tournament held at SVCE from 06.09.23 to 08.09.23.
• Mr. Dhayanidhi R S 3rd year/ CSE, Mr. Abineshwar G 3rd year/CSE, Mr. Srinivasan 3rd year/EEE, Mr. Monish 4th year/MECH and Mr. Aravindhan 2nd year/CSE from SVCE won the Third place in the Inter - Collegiate Team Chess Championship Held at SSN College of Engineering from 27.09.23 to 29.09.23.
• Ajay Narayanan K, III CSE A, Yashwanth, II CSE C as a member of Football Team participated in Zone 2 Football Meet organized by Anna University on 20/09/2023 - 21/09/2023.
• Mr. Sandeepkrishna .P.A , II year/CSE, Mr. Sathyajith.G , II year /ECE secured fourth place in Kongu trophy held at Kongu Engineering College from 08.09.23 to 11.09.23.

• C Harshita Solaichi has participated in 400m , 200m, 100m Relay- Annual Sports on 03/04/2024 at Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering.

• Ms. POOJITHA E S got the Form III certificate for the year 2022-23 from the Anna University for representing Anna University from the South Zone Inter-University / All India Inter-University.The Form III is issued to Meritorious Sports Persons for Employment.

• SURIYA S S Won First Place in 100 metres event in the Annual Sports held on 8/6/2022 conducted by Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering.

• Mr.Kalyan Sagar I CSE bagged Gold Medal in 10m Air Rifle in the Tamilnadu State shooting Championship held at Avadi Rifle club , Chennai Organized by Tamilnadu Shooting Association from 2nd March To 7th March 2021.

• SURIYA S S of Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering Zone 02 was a member of ATHLETICS(MEN) secured Second Place in the Anna University Zonal Athletic Meet for the year 2019-2020
• Shwetha R (II yr CS ‘C’) and her team from SVCE have won third place in Anna University Chess Tournament Zone – 2 held at Rajalakshmi Institute of Technology on 3-Sep-2019. The team members are Divyashree S, Shweta.R,Gayathri J, Jaswanthi B and Jaya Varshini P.
• Mr.Siddharth J and Ms Sweta K S, featured "a tale as old as time" theatre play production as a part of curtain call svce on 12th october 2019 .
• Ms. V.M NAVYA REDDY -III/CSE represented Anna University in the All India Inter University Squash Racket at Manipal Academy of Higher Education Karnataka from 16th to 18th October, 2019.
