At SVCE, ECE we have so many enthusiastic practice to experience the art of electronics,
The students of ECE participate in a no. of technical events like the All India Hackathon, Hackathons, Makathon, Paper presentation, Conferences, Project Model presentation, circuit debugging events, SVCE Innovates, MHRD IIC initiatives and also in the publish of journals which evidently proves the level of their participative learning. Students have exhibited their talents and have won prizes in many national-level competitions. In addition to the courses in the curriculum, students pursue many online courses. Students exhibit the learned skills in the development of innovative mini projects and final year projects. Students of ECE department are part of various associations like IEEE, IETE, CSI, ECEA, RAIC, Alumni Association wherein they contribute towards organizing many intra and inter-collegiate design contest events which have improved their skills to behave as a team and coordinate events. RAIC club is established in the ECE department primarily by the students, for the students under the supervision of teachers. In the RAIC club, students do peer mentoring among themselves and have developed many robotic models. Students are encouraged and made familiar with the usage of simulators like MATLAB, PSPICE, IAR, Cadence, MASM, Xilinx, Tanner, MHRD virtual lab etc. The campus-wide license of MATLAB paved the way for both teaching and learning MATLAB in online mode and added more levels of experiential learning among the student community.
